Moneli Assistant is a private assistant you chat with. Ask it for an invoice, a proposal, a spreadsheet or a deck and it hands you the finished file. Give it a receipt, a PDF, a recording or a photo and it reads it and does something useful with it. It remembers what you are working on, it can carry out a job in steps instead of one reply, and it can answer your phone when you want it to.
Most assistants answer with words about your work. This one produces the work β as a file you can open, send or put in front of a client.
PDFs for reports, invoices, quotes, letters and flyers. Word documents, Excel spreadsheets and PowerPoint slides. When something needs considered layout β an invoice, a proposal, a flyer β it writes HTML and CSS and renders that to a PDF, so the result looks designed rather than typed.
Charts and graphs from your numbers, QR codes for a link or a campaign, and reading a PDF back when you need to work from what is in it. It can write and run a small script on its own machine when that is genuinely the shortest route to an answer.
Photograph a receipt and it reads it, records it in your business's double-entry books and prepares a year-end summary. It organises the records; it does not replace your accountant or make filing decisions.
It renders Persian, Arabic and other non-Latin text in the files it makes, so a document does not come back with the language missing.
This is the part that makes it an assistant rather than a chat box. A real request is rarely one answer β it is read this, work it out, make the file, then remind me on Friday.
It remembers the conversation, so you can say "same again for the other client" instead of explaining everything twice. Work carries across days rather than restarting each time you open it.
Set reminders and scheduled tasks and it does them at the time, without you holding the date in your head. They are listed where you can see and cancel them β nothing is running that you cannot find.
Connect a mailbox, a calendar or a code repository and it works there too. Connect nothing and it still works β you download the finished file instead.
This is not a shared workspace with a privacy promise attached. Your assistant runs on a private machine for your business alone, where its documents, books and working memory are not mixed with anybody else's.
Not a partition, a permission model or a filter over shared storage. A machine we build and carry for you.
We write the first version with you. There is no account wizard that leaves you configuring your own assistant alone.
Hours, services, policies, the wording you never want a machine to use. Change it later and everything that speaks for you picks it up.
If your line matters β a clinic, a practice, a firm where a missed call is a missed customer β the same assistant can pick it up, working from the same business information you gave the one you chat with.
The caller and your team are working from the same information rather than two versions of it that quietly drift apart. Update a service or a policy once and both are current.
Voice is optional. Plenty of customers run the assistant and never connect a phone number at all.
Nothing is assumed. The assistant is useful with no integration at all β downloading a finished file is always available β and each connection is one you make deliberately in Settings.
A connected Gmail mailbox lets it read and send email from that address. AgentMail gives it a separate inbox of its own. Google Calendar can let it see a chosen calendar and, if you allow it, add appointments β it cannot move, cancel or change them.
With one connected GitHub repository or GitLab project it can read the files and propose a pull or merge request for you to review. It cannot push to your branches or merge anything itself.
If you have not connected a mailbox, it gives you the file to download rather than sending mail from an account nobody gave it.
Nothing here is self-service. A person builds the private machine your assistant runs on and sets it up with you. That machine is real infrastructure we carry for your business, not a marketing word for a partition of somebody else's.
We will show you what it can take off your desk, and tell you plainly if it is not a fit.
